There seems to be a rising number of incidents where cars or trucks are crashing into Magic Mushroom Dispensaries.
These businesses are illegal. How are they getting leases? Why aren't city by-law officers cracking down on the landlord?
While there may be no relevant by-law that specifically address the illegal sale of magic mushrooms, we do have by-laws against landlords writing leases to business that are illegal.
If I am elected Toronto Councilor, Ward 25 Scarborough-Rouge Park I would present motions that would get by-law enforcement to find a way to shut down illegal businesses selling illegal products.
